This article describes human rights in the political system based on Islamic democracy. The socialization of politics makes the political presence of the people on the stage and plays a central role in the formation of the state and the leadership of politics in society. This means that politics accepts the people's desired role and direction, and that the government is an example of the will of the people. Human rights are also of innate and natural value, and their realization is one of the fundamental ideals of all the prophets, scientists, social reformers, and political fighters. Rights such as the right to life, the right to security, the right to freedom of employment, the right to education, the right to health, the right to equality before the law, the right to free trial, the right to self-determination and political participation; the right to national opportunities, Human rights are a prominent example. Human rights and democracy are two of the most challenging and controversial concepts in contemporary political thought and law that have occupied many minds today. Therefore, the research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical method of data collection.
