On the one hand man is a social being and living side by side of the others is one of his innate needs on the other hand the existence of racial, linguistic, ethnic, religious differences threatens this basic need. Throughout history, the emergence of all sorts of racial and ethnic wars, illustrates the bitter reality that, in the face of intolerance, it casts a heavy shadow on human societies. One way to avoid this is to extend the tolerance range between them. that means, for the peaceful coexistence of human beings who differ in their views, beliefs, and other attributes, there is a formula of civilizations called "tolerance". So that people can use it in all their social relationships. In line with international documents and the efforts of the United Nations and its affiliated institutions, including UNESCO, one of the best ways to combat war and violence is education. Tolerance education is the most effective way of combating the manifestations of intolerance and, consequently, promoting human rights and fundamental freedoms. Since the ultimate goal of the practice of tolerance is the replacement of peace with the culture of war, tolerance education must also focus on this goal. In this context, education should be in keeping with the principles and values of tolerance. Therefore, it is recommended to incorporate the principle of tolerance and tolerance values into the content of curricula and educational programs from childhood. Accordingly, tolerance education is the most effective way for achieving a culture of peace.
