The main assumption of peace has been the emergence of a string of international relations. One of the main reasons for theoretical and practical debates in the world has been the establishment of international relations for peace and war control. There have been many theories of international relations studies for peace and global security so far. One of the most important developments in this field was the introduction of new actors into the global arena, with the entry of international governmental organizations and their impact on the international arena, and the international non-governmental organizations also acknowledged a stronger role in the international arena. Has played a prominent role in international law. These organizations are moving toward the goals of international law, which is world peace and building a better world. Sport diplomacy, as an efficient and flexible tool in foreign policy, is the ground for enhancing government relations and, consequently, for greater understanding between nations and for international peace and stability. Today, with the inefficiency of military solutions to conflict and global conflicts and the establishment of international security, the need to use this phenomenon as a fundamental solution among governments is increasingly felt. Sport can bring together representatives of all countries of the world, in spite of their obvious differences in language, color, race, ideology, culture, and so on, creating exciting human scenes. Strategic development policies that deal with sport federations, international and national governmental organizations, reflect on the functioning of peace, development, and sport, ideological forces that shape political debate and discourse. In this study, a library-based method was used based on retrieval of written and internet resources. The present research is a qualitative content analysis method that was obtained by extracting relevant concepts related to international peace and sport. The question here is how international NGOs have used sport diplomacy in global peace and international security. Therefore, this study seeks to address this issue using an institutionalist approach.
