In a word, it is generally said that the purpose of applying the punishment in the law is to preserve the universal values of their offspring. And the preservation of public or religious values, including religion, which is on the table of all the religions of the Americas, and no religion has been revealed except to preserve these values from the purpose and the wisdom of the matching rule that is clearly observed. The punishment rules follow these goals. What the jurists, scholars, and scholars of Islamic law have stated as the necessities of khamsah or their universal values are in keeping with the spirit and nature of the offenses established by the wise ruler.
Issue: The purpose of applying the punishments in Islamic Sharia law is to preserve the universal human standards, which Allah Almighty has set as a criterion and criteria for arson that are not intended with a clear mind that the crimes and sanctions of the soul are in accordance with the spirit. These established human values have established a good proportion and proportion between these values and permits. It should also be noted that their general values are not generally summarized in five cases, such that contemporary jurisprudence on some of our other issues does not consider honor, the maintenance of security, liberty, and human rights issues as such. The question is, how can one identify the basis of the relationship between values and the implementation of punishment? Is there a criterion to prove that God Almighty has a homogeneous relationship between the application of punishment and the preservation of values?
Considering the issues raised, it can be argued that the most important of these values are the preservation of religion, the preservation of life, the preservation of generations, the preservation of reason, and the preservation of property, while examining the purposes of the application of punishment from the point of view of Shariah Islam..
