Animals of many shapes and sizes and huge wonders attract the attention of every viewer. Animal rights activists and advocates are concerned about the multiple uses of these creatures in various sciences including medicine, industry, space, etc. Animal welfare advocates and compassionate animals have pushed for more efforts to enforce laws about their unknown rights. Some people believe that non-human beings have a level of understanding or at least a lack of understanding. , Having a poor level of it, they never feel uneasy or pain, and on the other hand, animals have no right but to eat and sleep sometimes " This article, by refuting this claim, proves that animals also have a level of understanding that enables us to respect their rights and to answer these questions by using a descriptive-analytical approach. How much is an animal's share of its life? Are animals also well-educated, and to what extent are we responsible for animals in a religious, rational, and conscientious manner?
According to animal testimonies and traditions animals have a certain level of intelligence and have emotions, so they are respected. Humans are also obliged to respect and enjoy their rights and have rights to exploit them. This article seeks to combine animal rights with peace in the light of the religion of compassion, the religion of all goodness, Islam, the promotion of peace - loving and peaceful societies.
