Peace is one of the oldest human aspirations and the establishment of peace in the world has a direct relation to human rights. There are different definitions of peace. One of its common definitions is that peace is equal to the absence of war, when there is no war. But nowadays, the broader and more comprehensive view is that peace does not mean the absence of war, but rather a broader concept that encompasses a variety of issues including economic security, environmental security, social security and Security becomes political and military: therefore peace has a multidimensional meaning that has a special place in the recent interpretations of the UN Charter. It is mentioned in the Introduction and Principles of the Charter of the United Nations that the Promotion of Human Rights, respect for their dignity, human dignity are among the central tasks of all governments. Therefore, today human rights abuses can be considered a threat to security and peace everywhere.
